ScribPrivacy Policy
Scrib by Mavolabs helps you save media you choose. This policy explains what the app processes and why.
Information Scrib processes
- Links and download choices. When remote processing is needed, Scrib sends the link, requested format and quality, and a random installation identifier to the Scrib service.
- Media you select. Files chosen for conversion or sharing may be uploaded to the service. Prepared files and job records are temporary and are scheduled for deletion within one hour on the current service.
- Support messages. Feedback, diagnostic details you choose to include, and optional attachments are sent to Mavolabs Support.
- Product interaction. Scrib may record first-party sponsored-card impressions, clicks and completions to measure campaigns. Scrib does not use this information to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Information kept on your device
Preferences, recent-download details, imported statuses and saved files are kept locally. Android folder access and floating-window access are used only for features you enable. iOS receives only items you explicitly share or select.
Sharing and sale
Scrib uses its download service and Mavolabs Support to provide requested features. We do not sell personal information. Third-party websites receive ordinary network requests when Scrib retrieves a link you provide.
Retention and control
Remote download files and job records are temporary. Support records remain while needed to answer and maintain service history. You can clear local app data, delete downloaded files, or request deletion of support records from Feedback & suggestions.
Children
Scrib is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit personal information about a child through support.
Security and changes
We use access controls, encrypted transport and short server retention. No system is perfectly secure. Material policy changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
